Miss Leah Scarbrough holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Southern Mississippi (summa cum laude) and a Master of Education from the University of West Alabama. She previously taught sixth grade ELA in Tennessee and fifth grade in Fairfax County, VA. She brings strong preparation in classroom instruction, student engagement, and thoughtful collaboration with families. Her favorite aspects of teaching are enjoying the students, building engaging lessons, and watching students grow throughout the year. Outside of the classroom, Miss Scarbrough enjoys spending time with her family in Alabama, cooking, running, decorating, and attending TFCA!
